Re-activating the LCD Display on the Trimble TDL 450H Radio Modem

As a power saving feature, the LCD display of the Trimble TDL 450H radio modem will “go to sleep” after approximately six minutes of inactivity from the onboard keypad. For the user to be able to re-configure the unit via the faceplate, the LCD display needs to be re-activated. To re-activate the LCD display of the TDL 450H radio modem, simply press and hold the power button for approximately one second. This will “wake up” the LCD display and allow the user to re-configure the unit to the desired settings and continue surveying.
