Seiler Design Solutions and Seiler Geospatial are going to showcase a unique and informative BIM & GIS Collaboration this November! This is a must attend event if you are looking to make accurate, real-world decisions, about your infrastructure projects. Seating will be limited – sign up today!
Join us for an exploration of the happy collision of MGIS (Mapping and Geographic Information Systems) and civil infrastructure design. With the combined power of Autodesk™ (Make Anything), and ESRI™ (The Science of Where) software, we can now make accurate, real world decisions about infrastructure projects to insure maximum productivity and minimum reworks.
This unique event will review the BIM & GIS Cloud Collaboration workflow and cover the benefits of why we will bring infrastructure models into ArcGIS Pro and then to GeoBIM, thus referred to as BIM to GIS Integration.
By accurately locating designs in real world coordinates, and leveraging vast amounts of existing data describing on the ground conditions, we can now have fully coordinated design schemes, multiple design options and most importantly, predictive outcomes of design performance before a shovel of dirt is moved. Adoption of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows in the area of civil infrastructure and site design brings inherent efficiencies to a slice of the construction market that has largely been relegated to 2D design and documentation.
