Recently, there has been a coalition formed to protect the GPS spectrum from a potential threat from a new technology implemented by a third party (Light Squared). Seiler is not directly involved in this coalition but Trimble is a member and actively engaged. Seiler will continue to monitor the situation and assist Trimble where possible to protect the future of the GPS spectrum.
